Meraas has awarded a AED440 million (approximately $120 million) contract to GCC Contracting for the development of City Walk Northline, a significant new residential extension in Dubai’s City Walk district. This project is part of the ongoing expansion of City Walk, a well-known urban lifestyle destination that integrates residential living with retail and leisure facilities. The development will consist of three premium residential buildings comprising a total of 304 apartments, with completion scheduled for the third quarter of 2027.
Project Specifications and Apartment Details
City Walk Northline includes City Walk Northline 1, an eight-story building with 114 apartments ranging from one- to three-bedroom units. Additionally, City Walk Northline 2 features two eight-story residential buildings containing 190 apartments. The design draws inspiration from nearby landmarks such as The Green Planet and Central Park and adopts a modern, minimalist architectural style.

The residences offer private terraces, infinity-edge pools, state-of-the-art gyms, and stylish communal spaces. Interiors are designed to maximize natural light and feature premium materials and finishes, creating a peaceful yet contemporary urban living environment.
