Kerten Hospitality, a global lifestyle operator specializing in community-centric destinations, is broadening its footprint in Saudi Arabia with the unveiling of the Cloud 7 Al Murjan Island Resort in Dammam’s Eastern Province waterfront.
This new resort development is part of Al Murjan Island, a visionary mixed-use project designed by Zuhair Fayez Partnership under the leadership of Dr. Zuhair Hamed Fayez, a leading figure in Saudi architecture with five decades of experience shaping the country’s built environment. Cloud 7 Al Murjan Island Resort will feature 74 overwater chalets, marking one of the region’s most distinctive coastal hospitality concepts. This innovative accommodation style adds a unique appeal to Saudi Arabia’s hospitality landscape by introducing luxury living over water, a first for the area.
Additionally, the resort will host Nyssa Beach, a dedicated ladies-only beach club.
