The official handover timeline issued by Danube assigns a construction cycle of 36 to 40 months, with handover scheduled for Q4 2029. The timeline is based on the company’s standard development cycle for similar large-scale communities.

Homes in the Greenz community start from AED 3.5 million, according to the launch announcement. Danube is offering its signature 1% monthly payment plan, which the company continues to use across its residential portfolio to support accessibility for buyers and investors.
