As anticipation builds for the 13th edition of Cityscape Qatar, the region’s premier real estate exhibition, organizers have announced that 90% of the show floor is already sold out. This achievement shows the event’s growing prominence and the strong interest from industry stakeholders. Scheduled for October 12 to 14, 2025, at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center, Cityscape Qatar 2025 is poised to be a landmark event under the theme “Shaping the Future of Real Estate.”

A Platform for Qatar’s Real Estate Vision

Cityscape Qatar, organized by Informa Tharawat, has established itself as a cornerstone of Qatar’s real estate industry over its decade-long legacy. The event aligns with Qatar’s National Vision 2030, which aims to drive sustainable development and economic growth. With an expected turnout of over 15,000 attendees, the exhibition will connect homebuyers, institutional investors, property consultants, private investors, master developers, investment trusts, PropTech and FinTech companies, financial institutions, architects, engineers, and interior designers.

The event will feature over 70 exhibitors across various sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and logistics. Attendees can expect to explore a range of innovative and transformative projects that reflect Qatar’s rapid evolution in the real estate sector. The exhibition is projected to facilitate transactions worth over 400 million QAR, underscoring its economic impact.

Alexander Heuff, Group Director of Cityscape, emphasized the event’s role in driving industry progress: “The momentum we’re seeing is a true reflection of Cityscape Qatar’s role in the market – as a catalyst for investment, opportunity, and long-term growth. This year’s theme, ‘Shaping the Future of Real Estate,’ goes beyond just a tagline. It speaks to the ambitions of an entire industry as we look at how AI, urban innovation, and new demographics like Gen Z are rewriting the rules of investment and development.”

The event will spotlight emerging trends such as artificial intelligence, urban innovation, and the influence of younger demographics on real estate development. These discussions will take place through the Cityscape Conference & Talks, where over 90 speakers will deliver more than 100 hours of content, offering insights into sustainability, PropTech, investment strategies, and urban planning.
