Eywa Way of Water launches as a new waterfront residential project along the Dubai Water Canal. European developer R.Evolution introduces this as the second part of its Eywa Collection. The development offers 65 exclusive residences focused on well-being and luxury living.

Key Design Elements

R.Evolution creates Eywa Way of Water to blend architecture with nature. The design draws from ocean rhythms, using water, air, light, and open spaces. This setup supports better health and comfort for residents. Zane Tetere of OAD Architects leads the design. The building uses glazed ceramic panels and marine patterns. Materials include Roman marble and beech-oak wood floors. These choices improve indoor air quality.

Each home comes with clean air systems and special structured water. Large windows bring in natural light. Room layouts flow like water. Bedrooms block electromagnetic fields for sound sleep. The project mixes old Vedic wisdom with today’s luxury features. Smart home systems and top WiredScore Platinum internet connect everything smoothly.

Wellness Facilities

One entire floor serves longevity needs with over 45 wellness options. Residents enjoy six swimming pools, including a 25-metre infinity pool. Facilities cover Himalayan salt saunas, infrared saunas, herbal saunas, cryotherapy rooms, Ayurvedic treatment areas, Japanese therapy suites, and a traditional hammam. Special spaces include a 15-metre crystal sound pyramid for meditation, a labyrinth path, and barefoot reflexology walks.

The Eywa Clubhouse stands at the center. It offers a library, private dining rooms, a cinema, and a music terrace. These spots build community and culture among owners.

Green Goals

Eywa Way of Water targets LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum ratings. The site uses hydroponic farms for fresh produce. Energy systems save power, and water tech cuts use by 40 percent. R.Evolution brings experience from projects worth over €600 million in value. The firm sets standards for health-focused luxury homes.

Alex Zagrebelny, Founder and CEO of R.Evolution, calls it a living ecosystem. He says architecture, nature, and human goals work together to improve life. The project sits in a prime spot along the Dubai Water Canal. It redefines ultra-luxury through health and renewal. Homeowners gain private spaces built for purity and rest.
