Haden Solar Project Deployment
Trinasolar supplies Vertex N modules to the Haden Solar Photovoltaic Independent Power Plant. ACWA Power develops this 1.15GW project under the Public Investment Fund program, with China Energy International Group handling execution. Module deliveries started in late 2024, targeting completion by July 2026 and grid connection in February 2027.
The Vertex N modules achieve up to 23.3% efficiency with bifacial technology and multi-busbar design. These features ensure reliable performance in Saudi Arabia’s high temperatures and desert conditions. Trinasolar ACWA Power collaboration thus supports large-scale solar generation.
Al Khushaybi Trackers Supply
Trinasolar provides 900MW of Vanguard 1P smart trackers for the Al Khushaybi PV Project. ACWA Power leads this 900MW initiative as part of three National Renewable Energy Program developments. The trackers mark Trinasolar’s first local content-compliant deployment in the Kingdom.
TrinaTracker’s Jeddah facility now produces Tracker Control Units for the project. The Vanguard 1P system withstands high heat, wind, and sand, with deliveries completed in five months. A hybrid remote and on-site model manages execution to meet timelines.
